Why should I choose Fat Cats over all the other companies?

 

We have worked with many of the local companies prior to opening our business. There are very few that offer the quality staff that is professionally dressed and engaging. We make our own custom tables that are not cheap thin particle board table found on Temu. We make sure to engage the guests by teaching each of the games so that the guests stay entertained and engaged the whole party. We are a local company centrally located in San Marcos area, not one that just advertises in the area. Those guys just subcontract out to another company. Other so called Elite companies don't even show up for the events and are not even allowed in some businesses. Make sure you do your due diligence when it comes to casino parties.

What should l expect from a casnio party?

 

Upon arrival, guests receive casino chips or funny money, with the value predetermined by you. These can be exchanged for chips at any casino table. Guests are free to play at their preferred tables or move between different games throughout the evening. Our friendly dealers are ready to teach newcomers and keep the games moving for experienced players. At the event's conclusion, guests exchange their chips for raffle tickets, giving them a chance to win prizes provided by the host, or we calculate the total top prize winners determined prior to the event.

How much does a Casino Party cost?

 

The cost of a casino night party or poker tournament is determined first by distance from the business location. That is why Fat Cats is centrally located in San Marcos to reach San Antonio to Georgetown Texas, and anywhere in between. 

The next factor is determined by time of year...December is the highest due to company holiday parties. 

Next Factor is number of people in your event. The average cost of a table, dealer and accessories is about $300 for a three hour event. 

The type of table also has a role in pricing... An 8 ft craps table versus a 12 ft table is less money.

The quality of the equipment has a lot to due with it... Cheap tables that look like they are something from Walmart or Temu will always be cheaper, but your customers will notice the sultities versus a company like Fat Cats that custom makes their own tables from solid wood and not plastic or MDF. 

The quality of dealers is determined by price... Fat Cats pays is professional dealers well and provides them with accessories like black bow ties and black vests. Other companies depend on less professional dealers with wrinkled polo or poker themed shirts. 

The last important thing is accessability to your events location... If it is upstairs without a working elevator, that will cost more. These table are heavy duty.

 

How many tables do I need?

 

Between 20-25 people per table depending on the size. A 12 ft craps table will hold more players versus a regular 8 ft craps table. Because of this, Fat Cats uses a custom two sided Roulette table to allow for more players with only one dealer to save our customers on costs. 

 

Do casino party dealers and Poker dealers work for tips?

 

At Fat Cats Casino Events, we pay more than the standard pay, but all dealers are appreciative of tips at the end of the event or directly from players... However ,they are not allowed to have a tip jar or ask for tips as that is unprofessional and takes away from the atmosphere we are trying to create. 

 

What is I want to extend the time of the event?

At Fat Cats Casino Events, we will gladly work with you on an extension of your casino party. We oftten have customers ask to extend at least another hour because everyone is having a great time and they don't want it to end.

 

How do I know what event location works well with casino night parties?

Should I plan to have the casino party tables set up inside or outside?

From a dealer and player perspective in Texas, most of the year we would suggest having the gaming inside due to the weather and mosquitoes. Unless it is a pool party, you don't want your guest and dealers having to put on what we call "Texas Cologne" (Bug Spray).
